I am a visual artist based in Athens, working across photography and moving image. I studied Film Direction at the Hellenic Cinema and Television School Stavrakos and Photography at the University of West Attica. This academic background informs a language grounded in narrative awareness, precise visual control, and clear conceptual intent.
My work focuses on portraiture (of others and myself) and constructed imagery, often incorporating performative elements and subtle narrative cues. I am particularly interested in themes of identity, gender, sexuality, and the complexities of human emotion. Through controlled lighting, deliberate composition, and layered symbolism, I aim to create images that are both aesthetically refined and conceptually grounded.
Operating between fiction and documentation, my practice seeks to balance sensitivity with boldness. I strive to produce work that is visually compelling, emotionally resonant, and open to interpretation.
